The Culinary Backpacker
The Culinary Backpacker provides fine dining experiences in the big-bad outdoors. Follow us as we travel wander the globe and deliver delectable fine dining experiences.
After a solid 12 years in the UK, having managed three branches for Pizza Express in the West-Midlands region in England, mastered French fine dining and having createding exquisite food moments for brands in Fashion, Food, Events and guest chef at Private Events for some of UK’s top
executives, Raj, a freedom loving creative was about to embark on a huge change, change in country, change in lifestyle and change in the way he had to earn.
A trained chef, with over 8 years experience in the food and beverage industry he was packing up his life and moving to Africa! He wanted to combine his passion for food with his passions for travel, but like many passion driven creatives he also needed his creativity to earn him an income. Stuck with the challenge of where to start or what to do, we got stuck in.

We needed to understand what his time would allow him to do, i.e. how much of his time allowed him earn income and could he do that while he travelled. We worked through what he would sell, how he would sell it and who he would sell it to. Once that was clear, developing a brand, marketing strategy and business action plan (or it another words a very long schedule) that clearly laid out how to make this idea generate income.
Over 3 months we worked together to develop his brand, strategy and business blueprint… almost like his unique ‘business-in-a-box’.
With a clear understanding of how he wanted to operate and who he wanted to sell to, Raj began to leverage his European experience and heritage and combine it with his love for travel to create an exciting brand.
The Culinary Backpacker has appeared at pop up food events, fair and shows alongside taking people on their signature Fine Dining Safaris and Bush Picnics!
Not to mention he has been serving private clients too!

Sharon wanted a strategy to support her in getting a clear and solid direction for her business for the next 3/6 months – a
year. She also wanted to know how she could can use more social media to promote her business and to build engagement.
Sharon needed to understand how she could leverage her current Client base on existing knowledge to start building
awareness for her work and income her business. Booking in for a 90 minute strategy intensive helped her get clear on what
was the right direction to take and what steps that consisted of.
Together we worked to identify different processes and frameworks she could put in place to support her business and
launch. We worked on getting clearer on her offerings so that she could quickly understand what would be the ideal
package or service based on the clients needs. Similarly this exercise helped understand where she could cross-sell to clients
and up-sell as well!
As a result of the 90 minute intensive Sharon felt more comfortable that she had a marketing and social media strategy
implementation plan that would support her engagement and helping to show people what she did and how she could
support them. Sharon felt more confident about different strategies she could use to grow her business.

Radhika Maya Bollywood Dance
Providing the best of Bollywood entertainment for children and adults
Radhika had an interesting challenge with understanding how to utilise her experience as a qualified children’s teacher and
her passion for dance. She was ready to take her business to the next level and really expand her Bollywood Dance Brand
Prior to her Strategy Day Radhika was struggling with understanding where to take her Bollywood Dance brand next. She
had all the ideas but just needed a solid framework within which to apply them. What she didn’t realise was that a simple
private coaching day together was all she needed a day to get all those ideas onto paper to then workout a cohesive plan
for growth and structure for her businesses.
Together we worked to identify her ideal clients were so she could visually see who she would need to target when
developing products services and how to market these services to her ideal clientele. All these objectives derived from the
most important question of how much money she wanted to make to support her business growth objectives. Following
that we covered the more practical elements of becoming visible to her target market through creating a better look for her
brand, giving her strategies and insights on how to leverage media effectively and on which platforms was she most likely
to reach her target market.
Since her Strategy Day Radhika has massively grown her online presence and has successfully launched 2 new services in her business that have been gaining traction over the past 3 months. Furthermore nailing her visual identify and social presence has meant her organic growth in followers and fans is like none I have seen before!

The Autism Plan
The Autism Plan provides an innovative e-learning and support platform to support parents and carers of Autistic Children.
Nicola and Anna the founders of TAP (The Autism Plan) wanted to map out their Customer Journey they wanted their potential customers to go down, in order to map out the people, process and technology that would need to be in place in order to make TAP the best customer experience
TAP engaged Nimisha on one of her Business Blueprint Intensives to nail down the Blueprint for the customer journey. The task was to map out to key activities and messages that the brand will convey during the 5 stages of the customer’s journey.
We understood the motivations, actions, touchpoints, processes and capabilities that would need to exist at each stage of the customers journey once they became a customer of TAPs. The key focus was on maintaining the experience that you would get with a coaching school or elite support institution
We created a comprehensive view of the Customer Journey for a TAP Customer and created in a way that it could be transposed across other services. Now TAP will be in a position to match the expertise and care support that they offer with a clean and crisp customer experience, having mapped out their customer journey
